01/12/2005 Entry: "Comments re-enabled"

I have added some code to try to prevent mass comment posting to news articles and re-enabled the comments function. One of the items I added is that you will only be allowed to post one comment every 2 minutes which should be more than enough for normal use. If you try to post again within the 2 minutes it will double to 4 minutes, then 8, 16, ... etc. up to 24 hours. Hopefully this will help. If you have any problems with the comments function please let me know.
