John E. Potter
Postmaster General
U.S. Postal Service
475 L’Enfant Plaza, SW
Washington DC 20260

Given the critical role of the Postal Service to the nation and the magnitude of the Service’s financial challenges, this critical public policy challenge should be addressed sooner rather than later. As we begin to draft reform legislation, we will need additional information to make considered judgments on the recommendations from various parties, including the President’s Commission on the U.S. Postal Service.
